TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 This are the terms and conditions with which we operate the services under our web solutions category.
- Site Location: We will build a working site for the client to be hosted on our development server. This site will be used by the client to check design, functionality and content. The site will remain at this location until the client has approved, signed off and paid for the site.
- To request for a sample website is an indication that you totally agree with the total cost of development as well as method of payment.
- In the process of development, you will be required to provide certain documents, information and/or materials relevant to the website content. Any delay or failure to do so will affect development timeline.
- At certain stages you will be required to review site contents. This is to make sure that your satisfaction is being visualised step-by-step.
- We cannot accept responsibility for incompatibility on dated browsers or lack of plug-ins/helper programs if more advanced (non standards-compliant) technology is used.
- We take care to insert basic metadata (title, keywords and description) into each document and will perform basic search engine optimsation and submission of a new site as stated in the proposal document.
- In the case of search engine re-submission and re-optimisation, charges will be made.
- If we feel that any item requested by the client does not fit within the initial brief, the client will be notified immediately. The item will then be either quoted separately, or charged as an extra.
- If a novice or a 3rd party is brought in to modify the content of the website during development or after satisfactory completion, we will not be responsible for damages that might occur afterwards.
- In the course of rectifying damages made by a novice or 3rd party, separate charges will be made.
- Payment Failure: Failure to complete the payment immediately or within a given time after satisfactory completion can result in shutting down the website.
- Maintenance: In the case of updating website contents after the delivery, we can always take care of updating such contents whenever the need arises for free or a token fee. Also, an agreement can be reached on maintenance periods and cost; this allows for hitch-free operations.
